Ordered some different products from the IS clinical range. This is my first order with this company but for the price, quality and delivery it was excellent and problem free. Definitely recommend and will order again.

Awful customer service skills. After waiting several weeks no delivery arrived I still waited patiently for over a month thinking it's delay might be due to Corona. Then contacted customer service and was blamed for taking slow action instead of being patient and disappointed my items still not delivered and money lost. All my other orders arrived as I was so busy ordering instead of tracking and complaining until now. Awful experience don't trust this retailer.

I've used Deramacaredirect in the UK and overseas. In both cases they were very fast and reliable and they definitely deserve 5 stars.

This has been my second order from Dermacare Direct and it couldn’t be easier. Simple to use website, easy to find the products I want and prompt delivery. Couldn’t ask for more really. Have not had a problem so have not had to deal with customer service so couldn’t comment on that. I’m sure I will be ordering again.

I bought the beige and the bronze to mix and match my skincolor. Nice coverage, allows me to skip foundation. Suits my oily skin. Recommend.
